Quality Control

At Eric's we recognise the importance of the quality of our work. As our company policy is to maintain the highest standards possible, we have works satisfactory sheets and time sheets completed by our clients on completion of window cleaning or office/builders cleans.

This gives our clients the chance to express any concerns and also to write comments. The comments are passed onto the management team at head office to monitor cleaning jobs and also staff.

We ensure all staff are uniformed at all times and hold staff meetings once a month to discuss any concerns in which the staff may have.
