Eric’s Cleaning contractors was founded by Eric himself with the help of son Gary in the early 1990’s they are a close family run organization which helps in the day to day running of the company.  They started work in Carlisle as residential window cleaners but thanks to a growing demand for the excellent standards of cleaning provided by Eric’s.  The company started to gain many commercial and industrial contracts throughout the North West. Eric now boasts a large client base including nightclubs, offices, building company’s, management company’s, factory’s and also many contracts from English Heritage. Eric has now branched out into contract cleaning and has enlisted the help of younger daughter Sarah to manage the cleaning side of the company, allowing his son Gary to run the window cleaning.

MR Gary Kulaszewski

Gary is in charge of several window cleaning teams consisting of two men per team which he deploys every morning with a list of contracts for the day, he runs the high level access cleaning unit which covers all buildings in which the windows are out of reach or inaccessible for health and safety reasons, Gary provides all risk assessments, method statements, and pricing for contracts and is the first point of contact for customers. Gary is there to make sure what ever you need is catered for and everything runs smoothly, he will be happy to help you with any problems and questions you have and make sure that your experience with Eric’s is a pleasant one.

Kerry Ann Celmins
Cleaning Manager
Kerry is in charge of the cleaning side of Erics Ltd, managing a large team of cleaners. Kerry is there to make sure that the high standards of cleaning you would expect from Eric’s is maintained at all times.  Kerry is very professional and experienced and all cleaning related questions should be directed to her, you can be sure they with dealt with immediately.
